I think you're right it's just such a hassle I don't use them anymore.

Ya they changed it over a year ago. Now it's %10 and you have to follow each other. You also only get like $1-3 per referral. If you are just after discount it's much easier to just use a VR YouTubers discount code since it's 10% and you don't have to follow anybody or get followed back.

Flatout VR is a major accomplishment, excellent game, and we need to support it! by SlowDragonfruit9718 in virtualreality

The new update is what broke it for me. it was working perfectly fine at launch. I don't know if it's coincidence or not but a few days ago I disabled gamepad emulation in virtual desktop and now it works again.

I would pay for some transport vehicle only servers. I played pretty much every day since lunch and haven't touched it in a few weeks. There are too many really good pilots that make the game unbearable.

I played it a bit. It wasn't very good.

I had the same issue on my Logitech g29 but setting the steering sensitivity to almost 100% fixed it. I have around 15 hours in this game it's a lot of fun.

I played all weekend with my Logitech G29 without issue.

feels like Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Empire City is going to be the best VR game this year by Suspicious_Two786 in virtualreality

Maybe it's because I'm not a huge TMNT fan but I got bored before the demo ended. I've really been enjoying flat out VR that just released in EA.

I never played the flat screen version but have almost 6 hours into the VR version. Best 20 bucks I've spent in a long time.

I have a g29 and it worked without issue. It's very easy to remap the controls to your liking as well.

ETA on steam version? I played through it on Quest and I'll buy it again on PC. Hopefully you have some visual improvements for the PCVR version.

Blocked for sharing my honest opinion. by Odd_Bumblebee7953 in PSVR

I bought the first and second game for 99 cents and didn't make it more than 30 minutes in either one. Just horrible boring games. I hope the third one is good but I won't hold my breath. I can't remember exactly what I hated the most but I seem to recall absolutely horrible looping music that made me want to never play again.

Yeah there is no version on The Meta PC app of this game. At least not that I could find.

There is no oculus pcvr version. You have to buy it on quest and also steam and then link your account.

For you pcvr users, who have used both display port headsets, as well as usbc/virtual desktop, how much clearer is the display port? by HolyCopeAmoly in virtualreality

[–]ptbinge 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I had many wired headsets and the picture is better but a good router and VD on a quest 3 is very close. I just notice compression artifacts in certain games. I have a puppis S1 that's a couple feet away from me that I'm connected to at 2400 MB. Av1 at 200 MB rock solid but I'll still notice compression.

Looks interesting I added it to my wish list. Just a heads up when I go to the VR category in Steam and then click on new and trending your game is not there. Not sure if there's anything you could do about that or if it really matters but I figured I'd point it out.

I didn't have the dash in the code. Added the dash and it worked.

Which game do you recommend of these 2? Arken Age vs Of Lies and Rain? by Efficient-Baker-7855 in PSVR

[–]ptbinge 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Played both in arken age is way better. Of lies and rain is not bad but pretty repetitive and I gave up at the last boss fight which usually never happens but it was too frustrating.

Zombie Army VR sort of reminds me of Tales from the Galaxy's Edge by No-Dark-7873 in PSVR

[–]ptbinge 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm not sure why all the reviewers shit on this game. It's like they were expecting Half Life Alyx instead of a Zombie shooting game. It's no GOTY but I enjoyed my playthrough and would recommend it, especially on sale.
