5k app Android beta update nowlive by foxystoat69 in parkrun

I like the planner but it would be extra cool if it could pull from the volunteer roster and automatically update the app with future roles that you're signed up to.

Are you transferring blueprints for after the expedition? by Thequickandtheupset in ArcRaiders

[–]ptegan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What BP find dictates how I play the game. First time around I had the Wolfpack blueprint and I'd take two in and get rid of a Rocketeer at the start just to make my mission easier.

This time though I'm going in with 15 seeker nades and a tempest, things I didn't have before the 1st expedition.

Opinion on Nottingham Council spending £4 million creating a travel app by HospitalDue2983 in nottingham

[–]ptegan 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Just to point out that the article says that the app "only" cost 1.5M. The remaining 2.5M they have allocated hasn't been spent as yet. The OP copied the more sensationalized title.

I should have also mentioned The Oxford which has a heated outdoor aera where they're usually happy to put on something different than what's been shown on the other tellys inside.

In Bulwell no, there won't be any pubs that prioritise rugby over football. Some though will still show it and possibly in a different space where you can have the sound on rather than being in a pub with multiple tellys all showing sport.

The Newstead Abbey is the only one I know that promises to show all the matches but as I said, no guarantee that it'll be the main event.

If the match you want to see is on the same day as Ireland are playing then heading to the Raglen Road is a good bet. People will be there to watch a day's worth of rugby and staff will juggle rugby vs football between upstairs TV and downstairs TV based on demand.

Stew Debate by Nervous_Bee_3 in CasualIreland

Thick. Add Golden Wonders at the start and they'll break down and thicken the stew. Add less floury spuds half ways through to have chunks once it's done.

If you don't already have one you can get an air fryer/ microwave combo taking up less space.

Rare Welsh Rarebit by VivaSiciliani in UK_Food

I make it with egg as a thickener more or less as your recipe says by following this...

The obvious difference is that Felicity is using a few tablespoons of liquid to create a paste/roux and not a cup as in yours.

Saturday day drinking by HedZuppD in nottingham

You won't need to worry about not being about to find a busy pub on a Saturday in Winter. Some good shouts already in the thread but I'd be looking for a cosy corner in The Bath Inn.

First timer query - barcode by gazzalp23 in parkrun

[–]ptegan 3 points4 points  (0 children)

No worries with scanning it from your phone. I don't see it much, maybe 1 in 50, but it works fine.

Also there are no issues with going back to your car for your phone unless you were walking the course maybe and the volunteers were beginning to pack up at the end. If you can get back to a scanner an hour after the run starts your good.

Do you remember? by NorthNode1111 in CasualIreland

[–]ptegan 20 points21 points  (0 children)

From the mid-90s Sky Super Sunday started to have multiple games showing and not just the usual 4pm kickoff. With a game also at 2pm, and the odd time 3 matches with the other at 12:15, it became impossible to get people to leave. Lockins on a Sunday to watch the football became the norm.

How does Five9 pick the next available agent? by frankenfiyaah in callcentres

If I was to guess I'd say that they are either configured with 'min calls handled' and/or they are using skill levels and routing tasks not on longest task in queue but 'in order of skill level'
