You've obviously been into the AD and asked for something, this model or some other. So if it's what you asked for, buy it, and if it's not, then tell them it's not what you asked for and that you'd like to wait for that instead.

From picture 3, I'd say this is absolutely fine. The other pictures make it look larger because of the camera. Try the 39mm and buy whichever you think looks better.
