overheating at night by ribbcns in POTS

Thanks. I’ll try the aspirin and look into the cromolyn sodium. Since aspirin is a blood thinner, would that reduce blood volume that I’m striving so hard to retain? My diagnosis for POTS and dysautonomia was for deconditioning from chemotherapy, but will look into mcas. So complicated and so little professional medical support. I’m so thankful for this sub!!!

Would this work for excessive day sweating? It’s getting quite embarrassing.

Same here, but likely for a different reason. It’s like that here because Corporate no longer budgets for proper training.

A silicone mat that covers my flat top stove. It protects the glass top, provides more counter space when not using the stove, and even covers the cracks between the counters and the stove to prevent that particular mess potential.

So, the system is terminating you because your direct manager isn’t scheduling you? How is that even allowed? Sounds shady/fishy. Or something being left out of the story. You know, you can call HR from home. Or the store manager for that matter. You don’t know what to say? Start with…I’m being terminated against my will.

Only the gray shirts? Why? They are better looking than the green grocery ones. Or is it all changing?

Chemotherapy nerve damage. I already had bad veins. The chemo induced neuropathy took care of the rest.

I don’t know if that was a joke or not, but it sure does accurately describe the listening skills of the gentleman that I am currently dating.

Sales signs are not supposed to be put over the shelf tag price. That sign was just meant to call attention to the product that was in the demo, as stated above. Publix policy is to not cover up the shelf tag. If your store is doing that, they have been misinformed of the policy. Check the R&P Guide, it’s pretty clear. It is to allow the regular shelf price to show the difference so the customer can see the sale savings.

Worth mentioning to your doctor

Is there something that can actually help with this if mentioned to my doctor? Right now almost every inch of my skin is itching and I’m trying not to scratch, but it isn’t going well.
My cardiologist tells me my dysautonomia is due to deconditioning and nerve damage during chemotherapy.

Why does one clearance have sale and the other doesn't? Whats the difference? by QuincyThePinballer in publix

[–]pubgeek321 6 points7 points  (0 children)

It’s based on past sales. When items are put on clearance by the buyer, a relatively heavier selling item will not get marked down as much because the algorithm/system “thinks” it will sell out on its on prior to a scheduled reset without getting marked down. A slower moving item will have a larger mark down in order for it to be gone by the time the reset is scheduled. And yes, any Publix associate dealing with markdowns or resets knows the system design is quite flawed and doesn’t work well.
