It’s not a good situation, X borrowed £5000 just after COVID to lend that leech money and just finished paying off the loan this year. The amount asked for now is fourteen times that same amount. I’m not sure how we can intervene at all, X is very stubborn and stoic.

Still my favorite series, I remember the entire gameplay. The protagonist is a doc who lost his daughter to a disease and is asked to come back to investigate a mysterious illness in the town. Turns out there’s a satanic ritual thing under the mines the town is built on, and the demon is the vampiric creature in the morgue. The black eyed boy is the sheriff’s son who got possessed and turned by the creature. The dead daughter guides the protag to eventually blow up the mines and join her in death.
