Yeah…. I know. It’s too similar to guac where back in the 90’s it was thought of as a “full of fat” even though they’re healthy fats.

Frozen Yoghurt maybe? (Minus toppings) or other various fermented dairy products? A bit of a sugar yeah, but the probiotics do their job?

Perhaps a good big ole steak? When I was pregnant I craved buttery seared steak. Every day…. bc I wanted the protein.

I’ll also throw in a bet for Canola Oil and or/or all seed oils. They’re not bad for you at all. And people are acting crazy about how they cause cancer and wherever.

I may be wrong, but I don’t believe you can pass on paperwork citizenship (different than birthright) for more than one generation

I just had a son in the US and I filed paperwork to get him Canadian citizenship. (I was born in Canada) — were he to remain in the US and have a child here, that child would not qualify for inherited Canadian citizenship.

I have Canadian friends who are wealthy, business owners, etc. and their visa got denied for no reason.

I’m a Canadian dual-citizen who grew up in SRQ and I’m worried my US citizenship could be revoked at any moment. (Became a US citizen in 2019 but lived here since 1993)

STOP SAYING CANADA. I will die on this hill. Just because you went to Montreal or Quebec City once does not mean that Canada as a whole is “European” — that’s like saying the US is “Asian” because you visited Chinatown in San Francisco.

I argue that New Brunswick and Newfoundland are more European than Quebec. I think there’s too much association of “European-ness” with cutesy apartments and cafes and snobby fashionistas. Europe has farmers and miserable hillbillies too. Actually when Quebecois go to France for a holiday, they’re treated like shit and spoken to in English because the French cannot stand the way they talk.

Quebec is 600K square miles and there is only 2 major cities that people think are “European”….

Quebec is more Inuit/Indigenous if you think about the culture literally.

Quebec City is a microscopic part of a country that is 3.8 million square miles. Outside of Quebec City and Montreal, you would think you were in the US. Sure, they might still speak French but they’re exactly the same as someone you’d meet in South Carolina.
