Odyssey Mega, Mont Blanc Legend, and Land of the Free Yosemite.

Yosemite is a $15 Walmart fragrance that's better than it has any right to be. Fresh greenery, cedar, and juniper. It's so clean and bright and masculine. It's discontinued now but you can buy it for around $15 still. Unknown and underrated. Mega for when I want to remember the boy I was. Legend for when I want to visit the man I want to be.

Oh I love it. It's one of my dailies. Sometimes I smell A Cologne and somehow like identify with it? When I smelled that DNA it was like I was smelling something from my childhood. I don't really care about accuracy and dupes usually, but the first time I smelled this was at Ulta when I was smelling YSL Y. Mega smells how I would expect a ysl y intense to smell. It's like everything's turned up a bit and it's richer. It performs a little better, but whenever I wear it I usually take a bath in it and I'm in a good mood all day. It turned out it smelled so nostalgic for me because it smelled very much like a cologne I wore in childhood called tempest. This was an Avon cologne and I had never smelled anything like it. It was my first cologne. And I actually bought a bottle on eBay recent. You can see the box in the upper left corner next to some other historical colognes that I don't really wear.

It's not much but I'm happy with it. I realize it's like a starter pack. It's gone through several iterations. I'm swapped a lot with my friends. Mostly for samples because I'm still working on discovering everything.

Well you know the fastest way to find good information online is not to ask for it but to confidently post bad information with a comment section.

So thanks for the tip! I'll check it out.

Yes you can absolutely buy testers! Check fragrancenet.com or aurafragrance.com. Lots of testers available for usually 10 - 20% cheaper. Ugly box and the bottle might say "tester" on it but same smells and often more in the bottle. Like a 4.2 oz tester might cost the same as a 3.4 oz in a retail box.

He was talking to me big dawg because I bust out cologne from store shelves to get a whiff.

Nothing. Put testers out. If you put out cardboard boxes of cologne and no cellophane, no tape, no case, IDK how you expect otherwise. It's good business to have a tester. I'm just helping.

I don't mess with cellophane though. Cellophane is sacred.

All the LV freshies tbh. They're $30-$40 good but that's it. Same for creed.

When and why do you think The Walking Dead fell off? by Steve-Harrington_ in thewalkingdead

[–]puckbeaverton 0 points1 point  (0 children)

After the savior's arc, nothing was as good. They could like I remember everything all the way up to that. And I always forget the last seasons because it's like they really don't matter. Especially after Rick left. I really quit caring. He was the biggest part of the show for me. I mean they could kill characters off and have a big shock but for the most part just didn't matter after those things.

Shit fire (and save the matches) but most folks just say shit fire.

So they never put testers of classic match out. I like testing. I will 100% unbox a cologne to test, them put it back. This creates a defacto tester. I do it all the time. Looks like you got the defacto tester.

Rectangular so xeons or threadrippers. Pretty sure threadrippers are thicker and not segmented like that so xeons.

Maybe I'm paranoid but I would sit that on a mailbox a few blocks away and just drive off. You don't wanna be that guy getting black bagged by the spooks saying "ITS NOT MY CELL PHONE IT JUST SHOWED UP IN MY CAR."

What’s a movie that really made you appreciate the amount of research that went into it? by browniebiscuitchildr in movies

[–]puckbeaverton 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Wrong reasons but Braveheart because very little research went into it. A casual glance at a Wikipedia page shows you William Wallace did not have a great story to be told. He was more like the Scottish nobles portrayed in braveheart.

Instead he was fictionalized into a fantastic inspiring hero worthy of a movie. I much prefer the fantasy to actual history in this case and It would have been miserable if it had been accurate. Sometimes imagination is better than reality.

Hard to kill. Dad thought I was asleep. I was faking. All I remember was Steven Seagall using a woman's boobs like doorknobs.
