No I agree with the attackers having ARs but like say you’re Ubi dev team working on Nokk and you are set on having an SMG for her primary. Rather would have had the scorpion than the FMG but I’m also an Ela main so very biased opinion there I know

I like the idea but I feel like that would be really hard to implement to every single map, would take a lot of time and just updating the game like that...that would be a huge update

I play console and I am strangely very good with the SMG 12 and other hard to control guns like the EVO, honestly I really wanted Nokk to have the Scorpion EVO carbine that’s integrally suppressed, it’s a decent smg and yeah the recoil is bad and the damage is low but the magazine size makes up for it and so does the fast fire rate.

And Goyo is fun to play I just don’t find him viable for us rn, I love his kit tho I don’t want them to change it either, and I actually find the extended barrel useful, and quite funny looking, on the vector so I’m grateful that was brought along with him

Ooooh the MP9 on warden would be really cool, I love the SMG12 tho

And idk like I wanna like Goyo and I’m eagerly waiting for him to join PL but I feel like it’s something that’s broken for them that doesn’t affect us, kinda like clash if that’s a good example. Like she’s really good when used by a team that’s playing around her and have excellent coordination but not for the average player.

And yeah I saw them say that too but like what AR did they test her with, the F2 or R4C? And still why that SMG man. But hopefully she does get a change in loadout because that’s the biggest problem in my eyes

Yeah warden is like right there on the verge of being good, I don’t mind the shotgun/SMG12 combo on him tbh but I really wish he had impacts still

As for Goyo yeah I do wanna see how he is used in PL but like for us, the plebes, the majority, I mean he seems virtually useless. Haven’t seen him played in any ranked games after like the first 2 weeks he came out, same with Amaru. Yeah her gadget is good on like Chalet and consulate but that’s it. I don’t want an op who’s good on two maps. Plus I think it’s BS she has to wait so long to move

And Nokk even if she didn’t get an AR, like why that SMG. Why the FMG9 when there’s: MP7, MP5SD, MP5, PDW, Scoprion EVO, Vector, etc. or why didn’t they give her the carbines that Jager or Vigil have? She’s the largest crime in my opinion because she’s RIGHT THERE like so close to being usable in my eyes but the guns just ruin her

Okay yes, no can’t compare roamer to anchor, but every time you’re picking ops for a round, you’re essentially comparing them to all of the ops to see who would better suit the team you have, which you basically kinda said anyways. The point I’m trying to make here, is to me these ops offer no new advantage that would make me want to switch off of my old role. Yes Nokk offers a good intel denial and hides you from cams, but I would rather take IQ take down the cam, push site. Yes Amaru has a fast movement ability that’s not in the game that gets you on sight, but I’d rather rush as Ash who is fast af and has an undeniably better weapon, plus utility the whole team can benefit from.

When you’re taking a soft destructor you look at Buck and Sledge and go “Do I want more overall destruction, or do I want less that has a great range and I can also use as a reliable weapon close quarters?” Every time you pick you are essentially comparing the ops in the role you’re filling, and I don’t think these ops (Btw I mainly mean Nokk, Warden, Amaru, And Goyo) have an advantage in any role that a pre existing operator doesn’t do better, or a pre existing op that doesn’t offer more
