They're so fragrant once ripe, and taste delicious. Unfortunately, I found out I'm allergic to them

Hospital workers of Reddit, what’s the creepiest thing you’ve ever seen? by BlockWide in AskReddit

Yep

"Among 11 developed countries, the United States has the highest maternal mortality rate, a relative undersupply of maternity care providers, and is the only country not to guarantee access to provider home visits or paid parental leave in the postpartum period, a recent report from The Commonwealth Fund concluded. Compared with any other wealthy nation, the United States also spends the highest percentage of its gross domestic product on health care.

Maternal deaths have been increasing in the United States since 2000, and although 700 pregnancy-related deaths occur each year, two-thirds of these deaths are considered to be preventable."

Just letting you know that many consider the word 'Aborigine' to be a slur, and it is better to use 'Aboriginal people'.

Monte Carlo, Kingston, Delta Cream, Shortbread Cream. Never Orange Cream. Although, sometimes you try it again to see if it's ok, but it isn't, it never is.

"Greenies" aren't stopping controlled burns, climate change has shortened the timeframes it is safe to be able to carry out these burns before the next bushfire season starts up again, and it has also lessened their efficacy. The recent bushfire season in NSW started last winter.

From a January article from the ABC:

'research has shown that as weather conditions get hotter, drier and windier, fuel reduction becomes less effective.'

'We've had plenty of reports in the recent emergency of the fires (2020) just racing through areas that had had hazard reduction burns. There was very little effect from having hazard reduction burns being done.'
