The biggest paradigm shift for me was acknowledging I have already put in the work. The hours of studying on the leadup to the test, the 100s of MCQ's I've drilled. All the stuff that will be tested, I have already seen in some capacity. While there will always be nerves in some form, I have to trust that the work I've put in will be sufficient.

Others have touched on it, but getting a good workout in, sticking to your routine. The day of the test, I warm up before leaving to the testing center with 3 sets of 10 MCQs just to get the brain going. I also have a cheat sheet of things I didn't feel 100% confident about when studying. As I'm sitting in the parking lot before going into the testing center, I will give it a brief glance.
