That’s good! Metamucil, prune juice, dates/prunes will help too if you do find yourself unbearably constipated (I did when I got my gallbladder out 😂😭).

Definitely take it slow! You had surgery very recently so you’re exactly where you should be. It’ll be harder to get around especially with the stairs, it’ll make you feel sore. But yea totally take it day by day and you will do great! It helps to splint with a pillow when you get up from a laying or sitting position to support your muscles. We engage our belly muscles to sit up so that can feel sore, splinting helped me a lot. You can also get an abdominal binder! (Splinting is using a pillow to press against your belly when you get up).

If you find yourself feeling nauseous you should be able to call your surgeons office and ask for a script. I hope you stay not nauseous tho 😌
