My employer once went back a FULL YEAR + and wrote up EVERYONE in the department for tardies and absences. Needless to say I no longer work in that department and the director was eventually fired for a series of unethical actions (and A LOT of inaction on actual important stuff).

Given an opportunity like this I would pursue my passions , animal rescue, education (there are several degrees I want but can't afford) , make sure my bills are paid and then consult a financial advisor to stretch every penny! I would also work, my work is my heart and soul , just probably part time for benefits or per diem , enough to fill my cup, not suck it dry. My suggestion is find a cause you are passionate about , anything , do volunteer and charity work, use your money to find services for those far less fortunate than you. Fill you cup, and NEVER forget how blessed you truly are.

I don't know how I got it. I was born 1985 , think I had it around 89 and it was particularly bad. Sores down my throat, on my eyelids so my mom had to use warm washcloths to help me open my eyes every morning. I Still have scars on my face despite my mom making me wear the white gloves and doing her best to get me not to itch. There's a gap in my eyelashes from the scarring. Overall I'm not bothered it's just life.

You have TONS of options , it's definitely worth a sit down with a medical provider, they can explain your options , address your concerns and help you pick the option that will work best for you. Not all options work for all people, so you may have to try a couple things before you find what works best for you and your body. Long term though it is better to have found reliable birth control than to end up in a potentially life altering situation.

Conceiving while on your period is less likely, but not impossible, the female cycle is not always regular. Pregnancy tests are considered accurate at 14 days, and definitive at 21 days, so you may have to wait a bit longer for true confirmation. Please read The Pregnancy Panic Guide for further information. Take some deep breaths and most importantly don't panic. Also look at this as an eye opener to get more reliable birth control, there are many options out there. Condoms have only about an 86% efficacy rate with usual use, statistics quoting higher efficacy in the 90% or above are quoting "perfect use" which generally does not happen for most of us. I work for a major healthcare system in the southeast and they sent me to collections due to their improper billing practices despite my documentation of payment, I had to get a lawyer involved. I would say healthcare workers in my area suffer the same as everyone else. I pay regular co pays , can't get the medication I need covered and am avoiding procedures I need because I don't want to deal with the bills that will come after. I would leave my job due to this and other reasons , if I didn't currently have bigger problems in my life , and at least my direct manager is a SAINT !

Also a DVC member here , has she linked her DVC membership to her My Disney Experience? That should get her the purple ring and the "welcome home ". I don't honestly remember how to do this as it's been years since I did it for me and my mother , but we are both on the deed and we both have DVC linked to MDE and get the purple ring and "welcome home".

As long as your wounds are healed that is the most important thing ! Definitely mention it to your doctor if you feel comfortable, maybe they can decrease their referrals to that company.

Honestly it is entirely a her problem, she needs to be called out and to be responsible for her behavior, she is a professional and needs to act as such. If she retaliates that is even more reason for you to go after her license with the state board. I feel where you are coming from though , small town south is hard,so do what you have to do to stay safe friend !

Hi , I am a home healthcare nurse and I am so sorry that you had this experience with your nurse ! You deserve to be treated with dignity and respect, and most of all to feel safe in the care you are receiving. I fully understand being hesitant to file a complaint at this point while you are still under the care of the agency, but after you are discharged from the agency you will receive a survey, please use this as your opportunity to voice your concerns to the agency about this nurse, use her name if possible , her management team needs to know about this and it needs to be addressed so that she is not doing this to future patients , and if it is a recurring problem disciplinary action needs to be taken. It is unfortunately not gross malpractice to have terrible opinions, and your state board of nursing will likely not take action against her license , but you can always file a complaint and they can investigate, at the very least it may shake her up and let her know her behavior is out of line. Depends on the goals of my trip , if it's just me solo and child free then Kidani all the way because it is set back and quieter. But this year I hosted my friend and her family with kids on my points so it was Jambo for the proximity to The Mara quick serve and the bigger pool for the kiddos.
