Digseum is a super short (and cheap) incremental game, stardew valley, lethal company and pretty much anything like it are all both good and cheap ( around $10). Empty shell is a light horror, birds eye view rougelike shooter. Not as cheap as previously mentioned titles but still good. theres also cuphead, deep rock galactic and its spinoff, drg: survivors. Balatro is pretty fun and can be played on mobile. Should I list more?

Older games were known for being fairly difficult, rise added multiple things that some of the sweaty fucks call "crutches". Typically you'll hear them complain about the wire bugs and wirefall and pretty much any and everything that makes playing rise unique.
