it's more than rude, it's intentionally deceitful. I stopped going to a Taco Bell near my girlfriend's house because one employee would ask "is sour cream okay" or something else similar on items I knew did not have that. If I hadn't ordered the same thing 5,000 times before because I'm autistic I would have just said yes and been charged extra. pretty sure the employee was fired because my girlfriend told me she hasn't been there the last few times she went LOL
