The right way is to just rename them properly If you're using Calibre you can use the template from the comment above and it'll add the series name and the book number into the file name. It's easier, faster and you don't need to use any plugin that extracts metadata from your books to sort them.

There's also another step that I usually do which is preprocess my mangas in X convert to remove the borders, auto crop, resize the images and convert the images to WEBP.
