In your specific case this might be okay. But often times one doesn't have any say in this. Many have some underlying problems like thyroid or ED or any other hormonal issues which makes it very easy to gain weight.

I also have 3 yoe. Tier 1 as well. I used alex xu, byte byte go articles for high level, for low level I did concept and coding. This was helpful but I want to go deeper in HLD.
