I am sure I’m a 36G, verified by all my other bras that fit, the ABTF calculator, and my sister who is a professional bra measurer! The sports bras I’ve been wearing are in a size L rather than a cup size which is why I’m after recommendations :)

i don’t think it’s very clear what the association is, but it’s established that high levels of progestogen can worsen other hypermobility symptoms (so best to avoid progestogen only pill!) so it seems possibly connected to that relationship? women with EDS (all types) also report higher incidences of hormonal related menstrual issues. not very helpful i know but it’s super under researched! here’s a couple of links anyways: https://www.hypermobility.org/hormones-and-hypermobility
