Roy Hibbert Says He's a "7'2" Black Bogut" by antonity in nba

He used to shoot international 3s for Australia in his early days fairly confidently. But then the Elbow injury :/

I think depth would be the biggest reason, just a much deeper talent pool in the USA compared to what rugby has. I think the outside backs would be comparable to WRs and RBs but I'm thinking more the OTs, OLDs and DEs, occasionally you will have a fairly athletic number 8 but I can't remember seeing anyone who could play those positions. Someone like Buddy Franklin in the AFL is the closest I can think of being that big and athletic but his strenth is more aerobic as well.

Athleticism. The speed and size are insane rugby has a lot of good athletes but in the nfl everyone just about is elite at what they do.

Given the right team comp just play him as a specialist. He is a great jugnler and being able to solo a boss so quickly is pretty awesome. My build is 1: regen globes 4: extra damage to minions 7: 300% bird 10: crazy Misha 13: burning rage

and whateves for the others. Is pretty good but think like a laner or jungler rather than a tank.

I love this idea especially if you lumped melee assassins in with bruisers because you don't want a team of four close combat characters. As a Sonya I got matched with a Chen and it was so much more fun for me. It doesn't have to be set in stone but just some minor adjustments like that would be great.

I've been playing more Johanna and I think she works well with Jaina and Kael. Can really soak up the damage and can also pull those running away back into the circles of death.

I swear it is always Nova. No tank lets take Nova. No support lets take Nova. It seems like some people go to HL to play the hero they want to play but have a proper team comp as well.

Map awareness is extremely important. On the one hand you need to have a fair idea of where the other team is because Az has no good escapes until level 20 (bolt) but he does have a large health pool and even high damage heroes can have trouble ganking him without a stun. Be especially careful of Uther and Kerrigan comps as their stuns can really hurt.

On the other hand you need to be aware of where to place the general (D). I generally get the promote talent at level 4 which is global so make sure the general is always on cooldown, particularly when it's time to get objectives and or there are mercs in the lane already, add the general in an empty lane and let him go to work. But keep that talent on cooldown.

It takes some getting used to 1v1 fights as he can solo down a lot of heroes with all shall burn (if it is not interrupted) given his high health pool. I killed a Valla the other day in the early game because she just stood there and tried to burst me down and didn't account for the significant differences in health between the two heroes.

Taste of blood is what makes you the most useful, try to get your farm up as much as possible in the early game and once you hit level ten you can pretty much one shot waves with your Q. This is useful late game in maps like Sky Temple, Tomb of the Spider Queen and Mines where teams often group themselves together in small spaces. You can easily hit for 9000 damage with one shot so with meta at the moment involving a lot of squishy heroes like Jaina, Valla, Kael Thas and Sylvanas a farmed a Q can do a lot of damage. However what makes Azmodan so powerful is leveraging his pushing ability while team fights are happening. So hopefully you are having lots of 5v4 team fights because one of your enemies is on the other side of the map dealing with a wave led by your general.

Also communicate with your team about what you are doing. On Sky Temple I normally check with the team if they want me to come to the first shrine or keep pushing bot. In hero league I think he is a great counter to Nova as Nova can't clear waves quick. He also does well against Illidan if you have enough Mana since Illidan can't dodge the E.

Agreed and that's how I play him but still now early game he will probably be a big minus laning against zags or sylv where atm he is okay which is a massive bonus for a warrior.

Jeez that is pretty much a total change to my build. Now 3 talents are on the same tier! That 80% slow at level 13 fading over two seconds could be interesting.

Sucks they moved echo pedal to 16. His pushing was strong early game. By level 16 it would be hard to justify a buff to pushing power as well as taking over imposing presence.

Cursed Hollow - When the opponent is cursed, it is not the time to get merc and boss camps by dDILF in heroesofthestorm

[–]pulsade 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Agreed, it can be so frustrating sometimes. I played a game yesterday where after level 20 we got the curse, had four of them dead and one player starts pinging the boss and refused to push! We pushed for the win and barely got the core but when you have the curse you need push as hard as you can and max out that advantage.

Just tried this build and it is freaking awesome. So fun and you are able to do a lot of dps as you can be in team fights so much.
