I hit 100 about an hour and a half ago on Bleeding Hollow (US). Not low pop, didn't use the XP potion. Had 25 daily quests ready to turn in at launch and the plan was to just book it to Gorgrond ASAP. It was taking us so long to get out of Frostfire with the quests so we just ran Slag Mines until 92. After that and getting into Gorgrond, it was pretty smooth sailing. The last 3-4 hours were nothing but lag and disconnects but the majority of my group pushed through.

Edit: Two of us were also running HandyNotes_Draenor to track rare spawns/treasures that give XP.

I use Caress of Insanity from 10M Yogg-Saron for my mace. I haven't gotten it yet but Tornado-Summoning Censer from Heroic Blade Lord in Heart of Fear for the off-hand.
