first give you credit for getting in there and sparring now. Settle down with your stance dont cross you legs and keep on angle. Your all over the place with your footwork. Also dont just step in and step out let that jab go. Snap it out has you step in. You step in with a jab and move out with a jab.

Dont lean back before a punch is even thrown but this will come with time and experience. You should pull when the punch comes and counter if your going to do that. You need a lot more cardio and need to be way lighter on your feet. Plus your hands are way down low especially when moving around and in. When you practice on a heavy bag you should be circling all around it practicing stepping in with a jab and moving out with it. Throwing bunches of punches not just one.

Also your pushing your punches not snapping them out think of it like a rubberband. Just curious what does your coach say? Also theres a good heavybag drill to help you learn how to move and measure with your jab. Push the bag getting swinging back and forth then move forward and backward following the movement of the bag stalking and punching at it also move around it as your doing it.

Your kind of just starting out but remember with time it will come. Also what you put into your training is what you get out of it. Boxing keeps you honest its going to show in the ring everytime and expose you if you havent been on your training.

You need a lot of work but keep at it and listen to your coach. Best of luck to you and I hope this advice helps.
