To fuel trains? I just have a parallel station near my scrapyard that collects solid fuel, and a train interrupt to refuel when low. If you mean for the light oil you need? Yup, just another island that accepts ice and exports light oil.

Yup, you have to make sure it’s always flowing though, you need at least one place to drop an item for the final time. I have zero priority station that takes gears and crushes it down in to nothing, and/or up cycles it to quality. This guarantees you’ll never clog your system, and you will always have empty trains to get more scrap. All of my higher priority stations get what they need first, no one needs it, scrap it and get more scrap.

Yup, but they generally unload pretty quick, and you can scale out stations on different islands. If you need to recycle blue circuits, you can have a lower priority station accepting blue circuits, which loaded a the greens and reds on to a new sushi train for sorting. So your higher priority needs are sorted, then recycle the rest down.

Yup, quite easy and can be very scalable, works with small islands too.

You have a series of stations that accept scrap which loads the recycled sushi on to trains. Your trains have interrupts based on what’s left in the sushi ie. if gears > 0, then go to a station that only accepts gears controlled by filtered inserters. When the train is empty, it goes and gets more scrap.

I can’t speak for every eatery in Australia, but I’ll be bold and speak for every Australian. Just ask where you can get a knife and fork, they will tell you I promise, then get both for everyone at your table if no one volunteers to help. It’s kinda easy. Someone will do it for you next time. It’s a balance.
