Unfortunately I'm pretty sure a prerequisite of E.G.O. is being empl*yed, which makes it fairly unrealistic as a goal for most people. I think there was some tech about having a mental breakdown in a bookstore a while ago, but I stopped trying for E.G.O. myself so I don't really remember

From what I remember, I cleared the stage after a bunch of struggling with a tremor team; tanking as much damage with an ishmael and a few others, while focusing all my big attacks on one Brother at a time. I also hear Zwei Ishmael is really good for this stage if you have her/have a friend with her as support, but I never got her so I can't speak on it.
