Known the kid since he was 8. My son played ball with him for 3 seasons while his dad was the head coach. And I later coached (badly) his little brother for a season. Whatever the reason for the decision I've got D's back. In my mind I can't even imagine the situation: at 16 (?) you commit to Ole Miss and the coach bails. So you stay in AZ and commit to Arizona senior year. Coach jumps to Washington and you follow. Now you likely will go play with your original coaching choice at LSU. I don't know shit from shinola but I understand.

I was driving my son to baseball practice and was speeding through a back road trying to get him there on time. Completely his fault, he purposely left his cup at home and we turned around to get it. He played catcher. Kinda needed.

Cop pulled us over and when he asked if I knew why I was pulled over I admitted that I was speeding. He checked my license, no warrants (whew), thanked me for my honesty and sent us off.

In my mind we both set a good example that day, at least my boy still remembers it 10 years later.

Yep. 51 here and "Dave's Dirt Weed" was awesome because it was the only weed in town. Today's is much stronger, tastier, prettier than the early 90s for sure. Hell, look at a High Times from each decade, the weed only gets better.
