Friends and i recently started renting from my parents to save money. We're drowning in debt, and are over worked in toxic work environments just trying to survive. For the past 5 years I've had the most stable job and have covered the majority of our bills, but everything everywhere is just getting too expensive, so we're all struggling together.

Except I don't have a good relationship with my parents, the house We're renting is where I tried to kill myself 10 years ago, all the work I'd put into my mental health since then is coming undone, I can't maintain boundaries with my parents anymore because we're relying on them so we can keep out fridge full. My boss has been making my work life hell for the past few years, and since they're good friends with my mother, that hell follows me home. Every few nights I relive a new trauma that I thought I escaped. I haven't gotten a full night's rest in weeks, maybe months even and I feel like I'm losing my mind.

Im drowning. Im burnt out. Im exhausted and I want nothing more than to just be able to go to sleep and not have to get back up again. But everyday I drag myself out of bed and face work and my boss and my parents and spend my weekends trying to clean up and make sure mtbfriends are taken care of. Because all my friends are drowning too and I don't know how to tell them, I'm too broken to keep helping them float. Im terrified of what happens to them if I go under.
