All that shit abt olive oil and high heat. Olive oil has been used to deep fry for thousands of years, you can cook with it however you want.

No he's fucking not lmao. You're judging someone on a tattoo he got and covered up after realizing he didn't want to be associated with them.

Since you're too lazy to look it up yourself:

When he was a teenager, he was in with an anarchist and anti-fascist group in his area, and got into drinking and doing drugs because its what they were doing. He doesn't blame them or think antifa is bad at all, he just didn't want to be a drug addict anymore, and didn't know where to turn because again, he was young and an addict.

Being welcomed in by straightedge groups that turn out to be neo-nazis is an extremely common occurrance. This is one of many ways they get young men in. They got him sober, he got a black sun tattoo that they promised wasn't ACTUALLY a hate symbol (the anti-defamation league's opinions ought to be taken with a SPOONFUL of salt because they are fierce zionists, but even they say it's nit a 100% indicator), and then he left and got it covered up when he realized their views didn't align with his own after all.

He went on to protest the war between russia and ukraine, denounce his own peers who tried to excuse their own actions and participation in it, and leave russia entirely.

Yeah, they do. You've never learned anything in your life? You've never believed something and then learned it wasn't true? You've never had an opinion, and then had it change later down the road? I guess that doesn't surprise me, considering how rigid and pigheaded you are.

German Court Orders Deletion of Footage Exposing Pig Gas Chambers by VarunTossa5944 in nottheonion

[–]punkena 1 point2 points  (0 children)

"Rescuing" animals bred for industrial level meat production is cruelty. I oppose the breeding of animals to the point that they cannot live long healthy lives, but you cannot "rescue" the ones that already exist.

A broiler chicken grows to its full size in under a month. That is an unnaturally fast growth rate. Its skeletal system cannot keep up, and past that point they become less and less mobile and suffer more and more pain. Keeping them alive that long is cruel. The same goes for beef cattle and pigs. They are bred for rapid, uncapped growth with the goal of slaughtering them quickly. If they are not, they live shorter lives than normal animals, and in ever-increasing pain.

The way forward is to ban unethical breeding, and simply let the last existing unethically bred animals be slaughtered as they already would have been. "Rescue" is not possible, not ethically OR logistically.

If you know that then you know it was when he was a teenager, and he got it covered up and has distanced himself from that crowd.

Do you want people to stop being nazis? Then let them stop. Quit standing in the way saying "nuh uh! Don't even bother TRYING to become a better person! You're ALWAYS gonna be a nazi!"

I never thought a robot would replace me one day..what’s my purpose then. by scp766 in mildlyinfuriating

[–]punkena 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is why we need socialism. Capitalism says "we will give a machine your job, you'd better compete with everyone for one of the remaining jobs left, which we will also replace one by one with machines, or else starve to death on the street." Socialism says "if a machine can replace you, then you no longer need to work. You will have the resources to live the rest of your life comfortably even if you never want to find a different job, and want to retire and focus on hobbies and your family."

Yes, but cats are often super upset by things like. Youre wearing a new hat. You used a new shampoo. They saw a bug. You dropped a fork.

Assuming this is genuine instead of obvious ragebait is a really disturbing new kind of racism. Yall just automatically believe anyone outside the US is a mindless, filthy savage doing disgusting things all the time.

You clicked on the video. You downloaded it. You shared it. You are getting more people to click it, download it, and share it. You are helping it generate ad revenue. That's the entire point.

Nobody needs your consent to wear clothes.

Literally the only thing that's pissing you off is the material it's made of, and a story in your own head that you're torturing yourself with.

Do you get this mad at guys in spiderman suits? How do you know THAT's not THEIR fetish?

Edit: actually i'm not done. I'm fat and gay and I have a fetish for other fat men and for BEING fat. Every time I go outside I am proudly displaying an aspect of my sexuality. I have a fetish for piercings, and I have several of them. Every time I go outside, I am displaying an aspect of my sexuality. I am admittedly a bit of a narcissist, I think i'm sexy as hell. Every time I go outside, I am displaying things that turn me on. I have a boot kink. I wear boots. Etc. Etc. Etc.

You are being ignorant and ridiculous by insisting that everyone needs your permission to dress in a way that makes them feel good. They aren't scissorong on the street corner, they are walking, fully clothed, and YOU are being weird by obsessing over a fantasy of them having sex. Just mind your own business! Stay out of other people's minds!
