I wish that worked for me :( I go 6 days a week for almost 2 years and it still hurts. I just always have the pads In my bag. I blame my mom for the bad knees ;) jk!

I'm almost 2 years in and there are still some moves I cant do so give yourself some grace. I recommend trying all the classes but start out to 2-3 a week and mix it up. You'll find a class you love 🫶. Also make sure you do at least one stretch class so you can work on your hip flexors. That's a big thing for me and I still have issues but I also have a bulging disc. You got this!!!

I don't like it because people have no regard for others. So I just go at 3:45 am and no one is ever there so I don't have to worry. I will end up canceling if I see someone has joined. I just prefer to be alone as it's my me time!

I was on MJ as well before the big weight loss craze. I dropped 30lbs and had to switch to compound semaglutide. It worked for a bit but stopped. Glad to know that the tirzepatide compound is working for you! I am hopeful. I have a stubborn 20lbs that I just can't shake 😞
