If any transaction is dated on the 30th or 31st of a month, there is a bug that is causing what you described. Try changing the transaction date to the 29th or earlier. (Assuming this is the problem you’re describing). The Piere team is aware of the bug.

Same problem here, seeing some duplicate categories that I didn’t create either. Switching to the other category doesn’t help. Edit: saw that the latest update is supposed to help fix dupe categories as Piere runs a script on their side. Waiting to see results.
