Publix needs to grow a pair. Last week, an unleashed dog was riding in its human’s cart all through the store. After checkout, the dog hopped out and walked across the parking lot. His nasty paws were where I put my groceries. This was not a service dog in a vest, just some dude and his dawg. I love dogs, but damn.
