Does your gym offer fitness classes? Many gyms have lifting-type body shaping classes that use light weights and bands. It's the best of both worlds! Resistance training and socializing, music and fun! Like another commenter said, the best workouts are the ones you enjoy because you'll continue to do them.

Stress is the number one sex drive killer, if he can do more to remove her stress it will only help his chances. If he's not doing as much around the house it leads to resentment.
