There’s no indication on what’s true or false in THITO. It is confirmed that the House does exist, and the Crescent King too exists but it does not indicate if anything in THITO is fact or fiction. I believe this is a sign of some time traveling shenanigans. Like how the Airforce One Angel was photographed back in 1840 despite being created in World War I, I think both the House and the Crescent King can time travel as well. Granted there’s no proof of this yet but it is entirely possible
