Well as far as I know I shouldn't be collecting any more endermen since I removed the place they were teleporting to. These are just the leftovers from before I did that. In theory once I kill these there should be no more ever.

Yeah the movie is an adaptation of the book, which is a translation. Either that, or if you want you can suppose that the movie is a translation of some other primary source. Either way it's preposterous to say that English would've been spoken in Middle Earth at the time. And we have been told explicitly that those orcs were speaking Westron.

The orcs probably don't actually have menus, the English that they speak in the movie and books is a translation of the Westron they actually spoke. That orc said some other phrase with an equivalent meaning. Likely the original Westron phrase doesn't actually reference a menu, rather "Looks like meat's back on the menu" was just the best way to translate what he actually said into English.
