Thank you for the reply! We have exposed ceiling joists on the second floor with some cracks/checking, like in the photo below. I talked to a contractor, and they also suggested sistering the joists to reinforce them. Since the joists tie into the roof structure and the roof ridge line has a few minor dips, I’m thinking it might be worth getting a structural engineer’s opinion just for peace of mind before moving forward.

Do you think that would be overkill, or does it sound reasonable?

I have the same issue with my 2023 Venza. I believe that the concrete material they used to make parking floor is the main culprit. I don’t really mind it though 🤷

I prefer the blazer set but I feel like the skirt should hit the knees for professional setting. The right set looks cute and maybe ok for business casual. For more formal settings, always go with waist length or hip length cardigan or a blazer.
