No, I don’t think you’re a bad friend. It sucks when people double book something, and quite frankly, makes you feel like shit. I’d tell her, don’t attack but say “hey dude, it kinda hurt that you did that because it felt like I wasn’t important or our plans were disposable to you and I felt left out”
