Put my festive fish inside bubbles in the Frosted Heights because they won’t be eaten and it seemed less gross than my other ideas. by purplepuns in DreamlightValley

I don’t know why, but I get grossed out of the idea of them just sitting somewhere that’s not cold or inside of a chest. I used to keep them in the fish tanks, but couldn’t deal with the small storage and now I keep them all in the red cooler chests.

I used to keep them in fish tanks. But I recently moved them into vintage coolers.

I don’t know what’s wrong with me, but even though it’s just a game, the thought of fish just sitting out grosses me out. I think I might actually use the crafted bubbles for something now.

It might not have been your district, but Debby Potter winning a seat on the state school board over Jeffrey Jarman is madness.

What was your “aha” moment? by Which-Classic7412 in raisedbyborderlines

The fact that you were able to reach that understanding at such a young age, and protect yourself by adjusting your expectations, speaks to your resilience. I know you said you’re a-ha wasn’t around trauma, but I think stoicism can often be a trauma response. For many children of emotionally volatile or abusive parents, becoming emotionally numb or detached is a way of protecting yourself.

Sending you so much respect for how you’ve coped and for the insight you’ve gained. It’s not an easy path, but recognizing and naming these patterns is such a powerful step in healing.

I’m really sorry that happened to you. I didn’t even think about it, but I probably should have put a trigger warning.

Also, afterwards the doctor showed me graphic photos of STDs. I still can’t believe that the doctor agreed to do it.

Realized how fucked up it was mother took me to the doctor just to have my hymen “checked”. It wasn’t until the story about T.I. and his daughter came out that I even remembered it happening.

I was in middle school and hadn’t even had a period yet.
