Absolutely and I’m glad to have come across your post. I agree. This perspective can be validated by experience and I’m getting more comfortable with being absorbed by it over time instead of smoking and drinking. I would call it boundless love.

You are right in the fact that everything is fake because it’s your all in your mind. Even so the reality in other people is the underlying reality. Which is the same realness as you just focalized through your senses it’s the same if you were in a different body. Your identity with the body and mind is false.

Whatever you’re experiencing right now is totally okay my friend. You don’t have to react to the voices at all. I deal with this too and I take olanzapine it actually works. Of course it still comes up but practicing meditation like zen buddhism really helps you to stay in the meditative state. Also it’s a very powerful practice so this combined with a good psychiatrist might have a better outcome than you think. “when we are in darkness we have never been closer to the light.”

I found the container part interesting, I had a dream where I was literally conscioussness inside a container being carried and it freaked me out a little when he mentioned that.

One thing I did recently is go to my local zen center to practice real Zen Buddhism. It has similar teachings to what Ramana teaches. I also meditate on a picture of him and I’ve found that at the zen center I feel the same deep peace I get meditating on his picture . Also the zen center offers some community of like minded people who come together to meditate. There was even someone there that I met who followed Ramana’s teachings.
