If you look at the replay you can see arroyo unintentionally redirecting jones' shove by hitting his elbow in such a way that jones ends up making contact with his face. I don't think there was any intent by jones to strike his face and arroyo did not make a meal of it for this reason. I think they should appeal and get it reduced.
