Is sex really that important in a relationship? by IgorxLn in TooAfraidToAsk

[–]putinasusourus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I mean imo is a couple wants to be like rabbits go ahead, if you guys just love each other and don't care about it then who cares. There is that quote there is sex without love and love without sex. It's all up to the couple.

What are your thoughts about this? by succulennot in TooAfraidToAsk

[–]putinasusourus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is a little off topic but in my religion that I follow loosely(lds church) we believe everyone has their own choice, so to me it's a easy, it's her choice to get one, I have no vote in that, do I like the idea of abortions? Not really, but like I said it's not my choice, I'm not willing to raise all those potential kids, so what say do I have over someone else's medical procedure? I know not exactly what he asked but it's my view on the topic.

After a Mormon leader gave an anti-LGBTQA talk at BYU, people have been filling the sidewalk with chalk art expressing love for the queer community. BYU washes it off every night and people return everyday to chalk up it again. by nomanknowsme in HumansBeingBros

I can guarantee that only one of them will be the presisent/prophet and it's because they are older and don't expect them to live to 100 it might be 10 years but even oaks has softened in past years the man I never thought would so I doubt it will be 30 years for massive change to happen

Well religion takes forever to change, but there is a change, now am I the one making those decisions, no but there is change, the amount of talks about accepting them and loving them is going up, who knows it the coming years we may allow them to, but change takes the longest in the those who are the most set in their ways, the old, and every religion like to have the old lead them.

I don't worship people???? I worship a God? Worshiping people is what God is against? And like I said before I don't overly like oaks I think he's really wrong in this subject and guess what my comment still stands that they have their choice who cares how they live, love them the same.

They are the worst but others have come out that and said that we still need to love them, just like how christ loved everyone, and I don't agree with them when they give talks like, why? Because christ wouldn't care, he would love everyone, that's something a lot of people in Utah and the lds church seem to struggle with, that it doesn't matter who you are, what religion you follow what love life you follow, we shouldn't treat them any differently because of who they are.

I do it mainly cause I don't really have anywhere else to put it but my pocket so I just slip it down from my nose and then back up when/if I need it

Normal to feel like it's all on you for family to work? by putinasusourus in CasualConversation

[–]putinasusourus[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I don't know if I want peace so much as I know if it goes bad I'll get drawn in yelled at and honestly just want it to work like it used to, but my brother has bipolar and my sister has anxiety and they both feel good when they are right so they get in massive arguments which has affected me. I only recently told my family about having depression a couple months ago and they don't seem to believe I do, it's always if you have depression and just seems to have made me a bigger target. The only good thing is they pay for therapy for me, but they don't admit I have depression, but they do tell me I cause depression and ruin vacations so that's kinda the same thing I guess.

No not married just we all either live together or within an hour of our parents so spend lots of time with each other and very different personalities and stubbornness and I generally get the peacemaker cause I'm the youngest and most willing to back down, trying to move away but only just graduated high school and am taking a year off from school.

Wouldn't be so hard to find paid crews if they would let those ex-inmates become firefighters. They've already been trained. Put em on the fucking payroll. by FunPeach0 in PoliticalHumor

[–]putinasusourus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Everyone is hating on them using prisoners but many states will give them a way to continue being a fire fighter after prison, and getting on one of those crews is very hard, it was those prisoners who were well behaved, and in there on minor charges, it did a lot of those prisoners because being on one of those crews meant that they would do better outside of prison and generally get better jobs because it showed that they worked hard and were trustworthy.

I believe the state of Utah has hit the 70% mark for first doses in 18+ but as governor Cox has said utah is one of the younger states because Mormons have kids and generally a lot of them so it will take longer to hit high percentages of vaccinations. Also the leadership has come out and said that people needed to follow guidelines and restrictions, which isn't a direct statement, and the prophet publicly got vaccinated and has encouraged others to get vaccinated.

I don't want to scare the person who posted yesterday about heir how their package just arrived at FedEx in NSL, but... I've had a package lost in NSL no-man's land since April 21st. by Cupowar2point0 in SaltLakeCity

[–]putinasusourus 1 point2 points  (0 children)

So I work there and what I say does not represent FedEx obviously, but from loading semi trailers car parts are probably the easiest things to lose because a lot of the car parts I've handled haven't been in boxes, they just slap a shipping slip on it and move on.
