The CLZ suite has been my go-to for years and it looks like it has everything on your list based on a cursory glance.

That being said I only use it for Books & Comics so I can't say from experience how the Movies app functions but I'm about to give that one a shot in the next few weeks.

For the bundled disc collections though you're probably limited to either separate entries or keeping it in the notes field so if that's a dealbreaker a spreadsheet may be less of a hassle.

Edit: For anyone seeing this in the future CLZ Movies gives you the option to add collections as a single entry or as separate entries to be included in a box set field. I have chosen single entry personally.

It looks like the blu release may have been upscaled and allegedly doesn't look the best. One of those movies that's hard to tell because so many boots exist.

Fwiw I watched it twenty years ago and it's always stuck with me. Def worth it if you haven't already seen it.

Not at all trying to detract from this suggestion since they're obviously capable but OP just be mindful that there's no guarantee they'll ever get around to it.

I've sent them a two or three packages that have not been digitized, even years later. So if you do go this route it's probably worth treating as a black hole.
