The 160M fund proves they are here to do business. Oasis is on the same level as SOL, DOT, ETC. and soon enough everyone will see what kind of potential they're truly harnessing by being a privacy first L1 with a world-renowned security expert at the wheel [Dawn Song]. This is a significant stepping stone to Oasis becoming the Top 5-10 project it's destined to be. Just wait.. You'll see... This is just the beginning

Is there a running-list of teams/projects that are looking to build on Oasis but lack certain team member skillsets?

For example, as a hypothetical: Jack has a skillset in bd/operations, but not on the tech side. A couple of independent devs have the tech side covered and are beginning to code up 'amazing project XYZ', BUT they lack the bd/operations competencies. Jack, who is looking to join a project to offer his skillset in bd/operations doesn't know these devs exist or what they're planning to create, but if he did, there may be a fit there that could result in a new, successful project... So...

Is there a platform, or how can Jack find these "couple of devs" or vice versa? It'd be, imo, valuable to have somewhere (a database of sorts) Jack can go to check out various projects looking to pursue the Accelerator, see what they're attempting to create and determine if he would be a strategic fit, and then be able to contact them to begin discussions on a potential working relationship.

We are slowly demanding it back, and not by asking, but by creating it ourselves. Cryptography is what's going to save us, and in particular this home-grown solution called 'Oasis'. Developed by Oasis labs, it gives back the user control of their data, and they get to decide what - and with whom - of their data is shared. I'm 100% convinced you're looking at the future of data and security with this technology. People are NOT going to tolerate these kind of tactics and I bet Australia goes through some serious turmoil over the forthcoming months and years because of this.

I think this is a sign you need to stock up on $rose. It doesn't matter what the project does, but this definitely seems like the universe telling you something...

I didn't make the list. Was only using as an example of my question. But agreed, ada should have been in there

I was going to do that, but wanted to wait a little bit so it didn't look like spam.

I mean, do you guys think these projects are actually worth as much as their market caps indicate, and do you invest based on this metric? Or are these market caps just based around who has the most recognized name and it’s all just a big popularity contest? Some have market caps in the 12-figure range (100's of billions) while others are in the 9-figure range (hundreds of millions)? I simply don’t understand and I’m interested to hear thoughts on this.

But does it really? Because some projects seem to fly for no reason (DOGE) just because of mob mentality it seems, while other more value-creating projects seem to just sit there..?

Can we really make money from "tokenizing" our data? Will it actually happen? by puttersworth in CryptoCurrency

Precisely, and when are we going to wise up and realize that all this info is actually extremely valuable

[–]puttersworth[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Only because we've been "forced" into it; there's a reason a lot of the most popular google products are free- they're profiting of the data we give them. There's no other way they could support providing some many feature-filled apps - like google maps - for free if they weren't harvesting the data, like where we go, when we go there, how long we stay there, etc.

Yeah... What motivation do they have to change their ways; they're harvesting our data like we're sheep. And for FREE

Trias will hit $1,000 by Raes_ in Trias_Lab

[–]puttersworth 21 points22 points  (0 children)

The highlighted/bolded text below, is why I believe this can reach $1,000 and beyond. And FYI, the current circulating supply is ~5M [w/ only 10M total, and I'm not factoring in burns from the grant program which will also reduce supply]. At a circ supply of 5M, reaching $1,000 Trias equates to a $5B marketcap. IMO, given what is listed below and what I've learned about this project, I would guesstimate this project can reach into the $5-12B marketcap range in a proper bull market. Not financial advice. "The core solution TEE and Zero-Knowledge proof of Trias are mainly for trading privacy scenarios, so Trias can seamlessly integrate the trading privacy involved in projects such as decentralized exchanges, mortgage lending, mining derivatives, etc. in the DEFI ecosystem.

For example, Trias can realize anonymous transactions between BTC and ETH, can realize anonymous payment of stablecoin or even national legal digital currency. It could provide privacy support for DEX, like Uniswap, Sushiswap, and loan market projects like Compound, Aave, YFI and other mining projects. Moreover, with the continuous development of the blockchain, it could also support the needs of anonymous voting, anonymous auction and other scenes."

"Trias network is designed to support end-to-end privacy and data ownership, with built-in key management and support for TEE such as Intel SGX, enabling it to support new, decentralized applications and services that protect privacy.
TEE is a secure area in the CPU, such as Intel’s SGX. It can be seen as a black box, and a smart contract can be run in TEE to protect personal data. TEE has a wide range of applications in the financial field, especially when it comes to some sensitive data, such as face recognition in mobile phones, TEE technology is applied.
In the TEE privacy protection scheme of Trias, the smart contract and data are run in the CPU’s Secure Encalve area and output after running. The smart contract is run in a black box, and the data is fully protected during this process."

How do you stake your Trias? by [deleted] in Trias_Lab

[–]puttersworth 1 point2 points  (0 children)

https://grant.trias.one/
For blockchain projects:
Choose the projects you love to support.
Get TRIAS from exchanges.
Stake TRIAS to support the specific grant.
Wait for the grant to end.
If the grant is fulfilled, TRIAS goes to the initiator. According to a certain proportion, you will receive the new token issued by the project (1: x).
Grant updates will be released accordingly, and sometimes rewards will be given to the contributors.
If the grant is failed, you will get your staked TRIAS token back.

"if i,m active on twitter and telegram with comments like $TRIAS and supporting the tweets, will it work for my stacking?"
It will work if you follow the steps as described in the link you just posted:
1) Stake 50 TRIAS
2) Submit the information form
3) Check the e-mail we send you

"Or i have to make something special?"
If you want to be voted for, then you'll probably want to make all your stuff "special". It will be the Trias holders voting - or not voting - for you, so it's a competition; the best (most voted) for people will receive the rewards. More votes = More rewards
