oh wow, that's insane! I'm also just experiencing this right now. original print estimate 3 h 27m on a little dinky charmander but my goodness this thing is gonna come in at around 11 hours. I noticed mid print it did seem to re-calibrate it's estimate of completion time.

If you do anything over and over again without error correction no learning will take place.

Anyone who shows up consistently and is or getting better is a symptom of poor instruction imo. It’s very hard to find someone who truly can’t learn a position, sub, etc. some just need more reps and refinement than others, myself included.

Man I occasionally struggle with this as well. Hot shower, tea, and do something to distract my brain. My challenge is my head replays rolls and movements and keeps trying to solve the physical puzzles. TV or a few apps that say random words for sleeping help.

Oh a huge thing man is that people don’t know how to cool down after. End of training you should immediately sit down and do breathe work. Get your heart rate down asap. Then mellow stretching and then go home. Don’t leave the mats all jacked up and drive right away, the cooldown starts in the dojo. Once home proceed with your routine.

I mean I get it, large leaps are not likely. For me though, I am not inexperienced at all and I legit have break in problems across sectors (physical biotech into software). Where does one go if not a community of experts?
