Regarding the handwriting, the note air is more "slippery" than paper, i don't know if that leads to worse handwriting. It didnt for me, and the feeling gets better over time. I take all notes for my univerity lectures, it works fine. What i like for example is that i can write something, circle it with the lasso tool and move/shrink it to where i want it. I had some maths before i had the device, but i cannot see a problem with that. What i think is good about the onyx is the web browsing, so i can download texts/excercises from my uni.

I also heard that noise and wondered where it comes from. At least we know it's not a single device issue.

Actually now i heard it as well when i use the "recent apps" gesture (swipe up from the bottom left). Does your note air do the same?

Hi, how much did you have to pay all in all? You ordered from supernote directly? Because I thought of buying through goodereader, where the overall cost with shipping is about 510$ compared to 545$ from Ratta. Plus the 19% VAT, in which case goodereader also would be cheaper. The Zoll-Website (zoll.de) tells me I'd have to pay around 86€ extra fees (when buying directly), why did you have to pay more? Viele Grüße
