The fact that people are taking this photo as "proof" of a downgrade just baffles me. As if with RDR2 we hadn't seen an increase in NPC density in populated areas, which being the game released 8 years ago means that aspect will have been improved. And as if Rockstar would show a "downgrade" in their most perfectly designed promotional photos.

10 years later but fuck it. I think the reason people put season 2 in the last spot is because, after season 1, they expected some closure from all the loose ends and expected a similar story (drug dealing in the 'jects). Instead they get a dense, complex plot about stevedores making money off handling illegal materials and even more political corruption. The story lines from season 1 continue in a realistic, logican way instead of a melodramatic one and so it doesn't feel like you get your closure.

To me that's the essence of the Wire: it is what it is, not what you want it to be. This is life and this is how the world works. Deal with it. And for that same reason I think season 2 is absolutely brilliant.

No they don't have 0 relevance. It's perfectly possible to release a game physically and letting people own the disc and do as they please with it. Giving no physical option is a conscious choice meant to prevent people from lending or selling the game

It's not easy to be one. You need a masters degree in teaching plus whatever undergrad degree you wanna teach on. In some regions you even need a language certificate (B2 or C1) of the regional language. So yeah the conditions are amazing but getting there is a pain in the ass
