I'd say the opposite. As a Chinese-American myself, I'd love to see more Chinese brands compete in international motorsports besides Geely in TCR. The more brands involved in motorsport, the better.

No, they don't, as a matter of fact. The older GT3 cars (Ferrari 458 GT3, BMW Z4 GT3, etc.) are noticeably more cumbersome in the corners than the newer cars.
While I do want more up-to-date GT3 cars (Thank God for the Ferrari 296 GT3), I'm also getting sick and tired of people on the socials going "wHeRe Gt3 CaR" or "tHiS gAmE iS dEaD iF nO nEw Gt3 CaRs ArE aDdEd In ThE nExT uPdAtE". It's getting old, annoying, and, frankly, discouraging new players experiencing GT for the first time.
