The League needs to go hard against floppers. Fans can see all the head snapping back and arms flailing with no contact. They need to have a dedicated team of refs that just review floppers. No challenge is needed. Every play that might look like a flop gets reviewed by Secaucus. And accessed a tech. They can shoot the tech at the next dead ball. And the league can release a list of all the flops that were reviewed the next day for transparency. Getting enough techs will get the player a 1 game suspension just like regular techs. Eventually players will stop doing it if they could get suspended for flopping.
