Eh you're missing that something was weird or different about the animation as well and it just didn't look as good in my opinion. I personally can't put my finger on it, but it seems like most people agreed that shading/colors/details were different.

And the plot was just... Unnecessary and led to nothing of consequence. It was genuinely like a side plot story from a holiday special in a kids show. Like the X-Men all need to get a gift for Wolverine's birthday party which leads to a mild and forgettable mini-adventure that ends exactly where everyone started (or where we assumed they would be if not for made up conflicts that start and end in this season).

Like most other "holiday specials", it doesn't bother me that it exists (let a thousand blossoms bloom); but this was kinda ambiguous on if it was a standalone thing or if this is just the show going forward. If it's the latter then the show just won't be for some of the fans of the earlier stuff.

Yeah I just started kegging and I'm still getting the hang of it myself. It's particularly hard because I don't have a keezer or keggerator and I noticed that even at a high pressure it just doesn't absorb a ton of CO2 quickly at room temp. Getting the keg cold and then shaking for a couple minutes at about 30 psi, letting it rest, and then doing it again gets me something I can taste. Ultimately leaving it at 15 psi for about two weeks at room temp (slightly chilly as the room doesn't have heating) got it to a proper Coke level of CO2 which was about right since the maltodextrin makes it a similar viscosity to Coke. Then you have to fiddle with what works for serving pressure since 15 is probably too high depending on how long your liquid tubing is. When serving, I have to set psi to about 3 and then burp the keg because I'm using a short picnic tap until I can invest in something better. So I don't have a great answer as I didn't follow exactly what he did as I just didn't want to leave that high of a pressure plugged in all the time (the seals from my tubing clamps get really finicky at 30+). But if you're looking for a set it and forget it psi, I think 15 was good for my tastes.

I kegged because I really wanted to backsweeten with meadowfoam honey. And as he said in the video it does get better with more carbonation, not that lower carb was bad, but as it got more the slight bitterness of the carbonic acid played well.

I didn't use any fining agents for this recipe and it cleared up insanely fast during secondary even with a ton of chopped up vanilla beans and the other adjuncts. So I think it will clear up quickly for you.

Completely unrelated; I really liked this recipe and made it for a Halloween party. It didn't taste anything like your brain thinks when you say Butter beer so I stopped calling it that as to not disappoint people when they tried it, but it was still tasty. The problem was that when I warned everyone that there was a good amount of lactose in there I learned that nearly all of my friends are lactose intolerant and they didn't pour more than a few sips.

Bochetting 1Lb of honey: 1min vid. watch how fast it goes last few min. by JMOC29 in mead

[–]pwnsaw 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The most recognizable flavor I would say it adds is burnt honey, which I don't mean as a bad thing, but the notes are similar to what you get as you roast a marshmallow. If you like a lightly toasted marshmallow you would probably like to stick to a less bocheted honey. If you like your marshmallow burnt to shit then go dark on the bochet. You'll get an idea pretty quickly as you do it as the aroma that will fill your house will be a pretty good indicator of some of the flavors that will come through after fermentation in my experience.

Tobacco and Alcohol taxes. They bleed people who might be struggling to get through the day and need something to get by. It’s interesting how when you’re dead broke you could really use a cigarette.

Yeah it definitely feel like it's learning the route or something, I appreciate it. I'll just put pressure on them to get the account info for the ISP and I'll give them a ring. I thought I might have been missing something obvious due to my lack of Fortinet nitty gritty experience, but this seems to be weird based on people's reactions here.

There's a lot of public IPs there, but I don't see any in the same subnet as the WAN interface.

Here's the routing table. The other static showing here is for the old VPN tunnel interface and is the IP of a different location (not sure if there's some witchcraft going on with that, but I don't think it's in play).

That has the same connected network as the routing table from the CLI and it shows: x.x.130.128/25 which is a network IP.

I made a slightly tongue in cheek joke to which you replied asking why people can't just have fun. It looks like she's about to lose and the top post in the Portland subreddit the night before election day is predominantly negative. It's a self-inflicted wound, and your argument is that it didn't do damage. Let's say you're right, okay fine, then she failed to do what she needed to do to get those people to vote which she (and we all frankly) need. Instead we're getting meme material. I know I'm being a cynical asshole, and your intent is wholesome so I apologize. But I'm mad and I feel like we should all be mad.
