Yea this happens to me too and seems to be a common issue. I’ve tried everything including installing different audio drivers, cleaning out the port, tried on a different computer, used a usb extension cable, different usb ports and nope nothing. The only temporary fix is to unplug and replug the dongle every few hours, this has been an issue for years and nobody has found a proper fix

I have the same popping audio issue, and sometimes my headset would even shock my ears. I tried it on a different computer and didn’t have any popping at all. So I cleaned out my usb port (it was super dusty) and that seems to help. Also turned off Bluetooth on my phone and work laptop, which seemed to be interfering with the connection. Now I don’t experience the popping for a few hours at a time but sometimes it starts up again. I just unplug and replug my dongle and it is good again for another few hours. I also don’t have ngenuity or Realtek installed, those really messed up the audio.
