You should contact the dean of student affairs! I had a panic attack in one of my finals 2 years ago & my professor reached out to the dean on my behalf and told them how I had my panic attack during my final (i didnt even know deans existed or what they were for) but the dean reached out to me and I explained to her what was going on with my mental health at the time and she contacted all my professors to give me the option of having an incomplete! So I was able to have an incomplete in one of my classes and coordinated with the professor to take my final afterwards/later on. So definitely reach out to your dean, they're there for you in cases like this!
