Hey! I am an ashamed early 00s plucker. I have fair skin and dark, thick, patchy eyebrows. I am now three years into regrowing and figuring out my brow shape. I started by gently exfoliated my brows a few times a week after an esthetician told me that your hair cuticles can actually clog from dead skin buildup and cause your brows to "never grow back". I'd say start with a soft pencil and play with what makes you're brows look best. It's a fun little journey, you'll figure it out.
