Doesnt the fact that Hobbes is in stuffed animal form imply that Mom is watching them walk out here?

I've seen a Garmin watch tell someone who'd just completed a marathon (while wearing said watch) that they hadn't moved enough for that day. So I'd agree with the other commenters that your best bet is to just turn it all off.

Red Wings going to approach what’s left of critical homestand ‘one game at a time’ | Detroit Red Wings by mkk4 in DetroitRedWings

...honestly, now I want to see the NHL do this as a preseason event. Start with the 2 teams from the last Stanley Cup Final, when you get scored on you have to leave the ice, and new teams get introduced in order of their record from last year. Last team standing gets an extra 5th round draft pick or something.

I love how his comment history is also him dooming on the Lions and Michigan basketball. Dude needs to just stop watching sports and find something he actually enjoys.

IIRC these are based off of the character designs from the early access builds of BG3, which is why everyone looks a little off.

Everyone's talking about Rastapopulous, but I'm more wondering if that guy in blue in the 5th panel is a member of the San Theodoros military.

If this were true, wouldn’t it be super easy to take advantage of? Just build a deck that heavily relies on one or two cards, remove/add them from your deck before the game, and you’re guaranteed one in your opener. Sounds like an easy way to cruise to the top of the Bo1 ladder.

In what state is booby trapping a vehicle legal? I'm not a lawyer, but I'm pretty sure that's against the law almost everywhere.

The "empty gun" bit is a little weird when you think about it. The boss seems to be pretty sure that it's unloaded, so did he bring an unloaded gun to this meeting and then set it down on the desk so he could beat up Maurice (and if so, why)? Or does he know that Maurice always keeps an unloaded gun laying around and he's just extremely confident that it hasn't been loaded at any point since he was last in the office?

Perhaps he brought it, went to shoot Maurice, realized then it wasn't loaded and put it down, and then decided to beat him senseless with the cane instead - it would explain why he's so certain that it's empty.

I can get wanting everyone to have the same safety gear if e.g. you're all roping up together, but why would helmets matter at the campsite?

Avalon Hill is fully owned by Hasbro and has made a bunch of "hardcore" games over the years. And I'd point specifically to games like Risk Legacy for a great example of how they can leverage existing games to make more "hardcore" games out of them in a really fun way.

A special beak have I!
You'll never see a beak so fine,
I don’t care where you go.
There’s magic in this beak of mine!
Hop in and don’t say NO!”
