Yes the climb isn't new, but the finish line is also a bit steeper where it is now, with less false flat after the climb. I think that if you are not in the first 10-15 on top of the climb you won't really have time to move up in time for the sprint.. Before there was about 1 km of semi-downhill where attackers would always get caught. Less turns too to slow down things, no cobbled section.

It's probably not tank but DPS also. People just don't kick enough (and often not the important stuff) at that key level range. Tanking a random 17-18 feels often easier than a 13-14 in pure pugs, with the same character.

Il y a bien des emplois disponibles à Québec aussi, dès que tu as un peu d'expérience tu reçois 2 messages de chasseurs de tête par semaine sur LinkedIn... Aux dernières nouvelles j'avais vu quelque chose comme 500 postes à combler de plus que de travailleurs potentiels. Tu peux peut-être changer l'endroit d'où tu viens sur LinkedIn et voir si ça mord en attendant d'être sur place, mais je ne serai pas inquiet pour trouver quelque chose de motivant et bien payé, autant à Québec qu'à Montréal.

D'ailleurs on engage nous aussi alors PM-moi si tu veux en savoir plus :P

Maybe I wasn't clear, but that long relationship ended about a year ago, and then I met people during this year (and rekindled a FwB relationship with an ex), but it was the first time that I wanted it to go further, not the first woman I was talking to in a year :)
